- It has been a long journey to find out what on earth was going on with my body. Now I have my diagnosis of FND (albeit a fuzzy diagnosis of elimination for something that could easily have turned out to be MS). One of my challenges is chronic fatigue. Alongside the dizziness and 'cog-fog' (haha, yes, I have a Steampunk sounding symptom!) the often unpredictable fatigue is quite disabling.
- As you can see from the rest of my blog, I'm a very creative person. To have a backlog of ideas and little energy with which to produce them is pretty frustrating. Do you ever feel like that?
- There are other places on the internet where I usually let all this out, in private support groups for example. I just felt like getting in touch with others like me.
- It's amazing what can be achieved on a good day - more amazing still if you open up to others. Even more amazing if you make gratitude a healthy habit. So thankyou, followers, customers and readers. Your spoonful of kindness and support goes a very long way. ♡
